Help me to configure Azure SQL Database to my Django Web App

Hi, I want help in configuring Azure SQL Database to my Django Web App. I have successfully deployed my Django app to azure but I am unable to configure and connect my Azure SQL Database to my Django Web App. This is a small task and can be fixed in 30 minutes by a professional.
