Get Djanog Website Backend Data

Hi, I want someone to look in a website which is developed in django nd the website is for Register for medical test, In the website there is form to fill, so i want to know the automatic assigned value in the website! let me explain it little more so there is form which have first name, last name, country, city, Country Traveling To, passport and other fields, so when we give some detail it says medical center has been assigned automatically! i just want to know that medical center name from the website!
