Full-Stack Django Web Developer for CRM & CMS Website

We are looking for an experienced and skilled full-stack web developer to build a website with basic CRM and CMS functionalities. The project includes converting a design provided in PDF format into a fully functional web application. The developer must have expertise in Django for backend development and TailwindCSS for frontend styling.
Responsibilities:
Translate the provided PDF design into responsive, user-friendly web pages using TailwindCSS.
Develop backend functionality using Django, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Implement basic CRM features such as contact management, lead tracking, and task assignments.
Develop CMS features to manage content such as pages, posts, and media.
Integrate authentication and role-based access control for different user types.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate closely to refine and implement additional features or improvements based on feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building web applications with Django and TailwindCSS.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Experience with integrating APIs and third-party tools.
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Experience with responsive design and UI/UX best practices.
