Frontend web developer needed with Artistic Brain

Dear all, I am looking for a Frontend web developer who can assist me in customizing a few pages (4-5). The major task is to turn the current design into a modern, sleek, and responsive design. Skeleton is there but it's not good at all. The web app runs in Django so a bit of Python knowledge would be appreciated.

Skillset : HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JS and Python
