Frontend Front end developer with integration in Django Project

I am looking for a front-end web developer. I have a DJango app and sample pages are available. These pages need to be customized, modernized, and must be made mobile-friendly. The skills you need to complete this task will be Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Python. Total pages to integrate and modernize are 5-6. The First 3 pages are already mobile-friendly. The rest of the pages need improvement.
