Front End Django Developer for UI Creation

I'm in need of a skilled Front End Django developer to create a dynamic user interface for my project. The scope of the work includes:
- A static Top Bar: This will serve both site branding and navigation purposes. with user profile, and time counter
- A Dynamic Horizontal Menu Bar: This menu should incorporate menus and hover effects.
- A Collapsible Left Side Navigation Bar: This should primarily include menus and sub-menus from with hover effects, based on selection of Menu from horizontal bar
- A Blank Content Page: This will serve as the main workspace for the project
Ideal candidates should have deep expertise in Django, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with PostgreSQL database experience.Previous experience working on similar projects will be a plus. Please include examples of relevant work in your proposal.
