Food Donation Portal

I want to build a website with react JS and Django. There are 3 types of users in the web application. Donor, Receiver, and Volunteer. Donors can choose to donate commodities. Receivers can choose to request a donation. Volunteers facilitate the logistics between the donor and the receivers. I have the algorithm(and its pythonic implementation) to match the pair of donor and receiver in real-time. I want someone to help me create this project. I have attached some mockups below.
