Expert Django Developer for Incomplete Project

I'm urgently in need of a seasoned Django developer with a solid background in JavaScript and Bootstrap. Your primary focus will be to:

- Conduct front-end and back-end development
- Fix various bugs and issues
- Implement responsive design in our web app
- Make sure the web design is clean and minimalist

You're expected to have a deep understanding of user-friendly design principles and be able to seamlessly integrate languages like Python and utilize Django templates. An ability to communicate effectively in Arabic is highly preferred.
