Enhancement and Deployment of a django, postgresql, sveltkit app locally

First we have to deploy a django, postgresql, sveltkit app locally using Apache on Ubuntu. The backend is already deployed and now we need to deploy the svelte frontend and integrate with the backend. Also the use of secrets in the backend should be done in a secure manner.

Secondly we have to create a secure user loging in the Svelte frontend.
