Email Flow Optimization for Django Project

I'm seeking a seasoned Django expert with experience in flow documentation design (preferably with tools like draw.io) to enhance our current email processes. The primary aim is to improve automation and scalability of our email generation, sending, and tracking.
As this role will be done with the owner whom understands it all but doesn't have the skill sets to execute the task professionally - it will be working over meets with screen sharing. The applicant has to have perfect english, otherwise it will be impossible - so unless your happy to do that, and are really english, American, Australian, Canadian or a kiwi - please DO NOT apply.
The system is there but its an end of development mess, with no documentation, I know where stuff is but I cant do the design so its documented and someone with more advanced django experience would be helpful.
