Ecommerce website using Django - Specification of the Landing Page

I am looking for a Django developer to create an e-commerce website that sells several products. The focus of this project is to design and develop the landing page with specific design and functionality preferences in mind.

A prebuilt design is already available with the main project skeleton. What is needed?
1- Modify the available design to meet the requirements.
2- Modify the skeleton to follow the best practices.
3- Connect the design to the backend.
4- Add 2 main functionalities to the website (add, remove, and modify products and categories).
5- Follow and Initiate the basics of SEO best practices.
6- Create and Activate the 4O4 page.

Requirements:
- Experience with the Django framework
- Proficiency in frontend development
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
