Django web application

I want a simple Django web application with a page where I can upload a .msg file (an Outlook email) and I will be redirected to another page where I have the subject of the email, the sender's email address, the name and hashes of the attachments and the number of security vendors that flagged the URL corresponding to the domain and the attachments as suspicious (this information being extracted using VirusTotal's API - the extraction function(s) MUST be written in Python).
All uploaded files should be stored in a database in their original form, along with the extracted information.
I don't need a beautiful UI, just the functionality.
