Django project

I want an django application to run big function which will run through out day for each user and if user logged out still it should be running for that user and when he login again, he should get continuous logs of that running function.

Before assigning project I need to know basic architech that developer will follow.

New freelancer can also be hired.

One screen share session before assigning project will be required.

Indian freelancer would be on top priority.
