Django onboarding system

We have a site called konaequity.com - we're working on a new project that we need an experienced, clever django developer to build.
We are looking to build an onboarding system to automate a lot of the current processes we are doing manually over the phone and email. The web application uses Hubspot's api to surface deal information.
We have a designer who has mocked up the onboarding experience. Some of the steps include:
- generating and logging in with a security code
- surfacing information that is stored within our Hubspot crm database
- form fields to capture company information
- esigning an NDA
- scheduling a meeting using a calendar tool
