Django customer service agent interface
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I want to create a customer service panel "agent interface" using Django and depend on a telegram bot as the main communication channel.
Those are the conditions:
1- There should be 3 Accounts with different permissions for each of the agent's, admin, super admins
2- I do not want to print the direct contact data such as the phone number or email in the agent's account screen, only a static generator id for each client
3- Putting filters inside the chat so that neither party can exchange numbers or emails, only a pre-prepared template to determine the price will contain the numbers
4- We will discuss the rest
