Django bug

We are experiencing a Django bug where a key permission is being lost, breaking site functionality. We need someone to help us to definitively fix this bug as well as provide guidance on security best practices in Django. We would also like this person to assist us moving forward as our Django SME and evaluate our existing implementation.
