### About Us
We are looking for a Lead Django Backend Developer.
At Chartr Mobility Lab, we have been working on various solutions to solve transit problems faced by Indian cities. We have been working in the areas of route optimisation, shared cab solutions, Open Transit Data (Delhi, Chennai etc.) and recently we launched our app "Chartr" on Play Store. This app have several features such as live ETAs of buses in Delhi, E-Ticketing etc. We also have been in media, checkout our homepage [https://chartr.in](https://chartr.in/press.html)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Remote (in India only)
Speaking Language: Fluent Spoken English (required)
Stipend: 50,000 to 80,000/- per month
### Skills
...that we think would be needed for getting things done:
- Advanced proficiency with Django backend
- Working on Linux servers and must past experience with hosting apps on live servers
- Must know how to create the backend server to huge traffic (millions! of users daily) .
- Working knowledge of Git (yeah, I know!)
### Screening Process

Once selected in first round, you might have to go through a technical round before the HR round.
