Django RBAC with postgres

I am looking for a freelancer to build a Django RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) system that uses Postgres as the backend. This system should have basic user roles (e.g. admin, editor, viewer). I also require user authentication to be included. There are no specific design preferences for the user interface. The ideal freelancer should have experience in Django, Postgres, and RBAC. The system should be well-documented and easy to use. Please contact me if you have any questions.
I don't need UI to be implemented. I will want to discuss on the approach and the way the the solution is implemented in production.
As part of this project, I am expecting the following:
1. Guide me well on how to implement RBAC in Django application having Postgres as backend.
2. I know on how to write views, models etc. But, I want to know on how the permission check be added at the view level (class based views).
3. I have already implemented the React App (I cannot show that code). But, I want to know how client ID and secret can be generated in production like environment so that the front end and backend can interact with each other.
4. Authentication with SSO and authorization with the Django backend.
5. Help me in making choice between Django default permissions / implementing custom permissions when authenticated using social (SSO).

I am looking for an engineer who can guide me well and answering me all the questions I have.
