Django Project on cPanel Troubleshooting

I need an expert to help me with my Django project which I've hosted on cPanel. This is my first time deploying a Django project and I'm facing some issues that I can't understand.

Specific Issues:
- Forms not functioning correctly
- Images not rendering from the media folder

The error messages appear when I'm submitting an event form.
