Django Project Setup & Docker Integration

I need a senior developer who has rich experience in django, docker, gunicorn, and nginx.
I just created the new django app and when I ran it on the server using gunicron, it wasn't load css and JS correctly.
I dockerized it and made Dockerfile, nginx.conf and .github/workflows/main.yml

I need you to connect to my pc and solve this problem.
