Django Project Cleanup & Email Functionality

I have built a medium sized django project and its almost finished, I did however as I am a novice allow ChatGPT to guide me through the entire email set up and it looks like a kindergarten at the end of the day where all the kids were on meth! There is stuff EVERYWHERE. I am looking for a wingman to help me for 6-8 hours to begin with. Please note we will be working together on this as a TEAM as I dont have time to write documentation for an entire day. I am Australian, and we will be working together on a video call as I know the system backwards and it will save so much time - I just need a django / email expert! Please have a good personality, be able to start straight away (like right now) and as mentioned to begin with it will be 6-8 hours but who knows after that! So you must have a camera on your machine and be happy to work through it together.
