Django 1.54 to 5.5 Migration

I'm looking for a Django expert to help migrate my small site from the old Django version (1.54, under Python 2.6.9) to the latest (Django 5.5). The site has both custom code and third-party libraries. Here's what you need to know:

- **Site Migration**: The primary objective is to ensure the site runs smoothly on the new Django version without altering the user interface design.
- **Code Handling**: You'll be working with both custom code and third-party libraries, so a deep understanding of Django and Python is crucial.
- **Design Consistency**: It's essential to maintain the same user interface design throughout the migration process.
- **Testing**: Unfortunately, there are no automated tests for the existing codebase. Therefore, you should be comfortable thoroughly testing the site post-migration.

Ideal candidates will have:
