Django Html Website

Just want to build a website from scratch in Django in a short period.
Exactly, I want to complete current requirements in 7~10 days.
(If you can not keep my deadline, don't submit your proposal to me)
but the project will need to add more functionalities in the future.

1. read the attached requirements doc.
2. submit your proposal with the attached file name at start.
3. provide expected budget
4. provide expected deadline.
5. provide when you can start.
