Django Expert for Mobile Time Management App Support

I am looking for a Django expert to provide support for my mobile time management app. The project requires assistance with feature enhancements and will be a long-term commitment.

Required Skills and Experience
Extensive experience with Django, including Class-based Views, Django ORM, and Django Rest Framework
Proficiency in Python with a strong understanding of Pythonic conventions and data structures
Experience with mobile-responsive front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies or libraries (Bootstrap, jQuery)
Knowledge of asynchronous task queues, Redis, and Celery
Solid understanding of database management with PostgreSQL
Experience with version control systems, specifically Git
Understanding of principles behind scalable, secure, and robust applications
Familiarity with continuous integration tools and Docker containerization
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in debugging and troubleshooting Django applications
Excellent communication abilities to effectively assist users and collaborate with the team
Experience with Time Management or similar applications is advantageous
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for optimal mobile responsiveness
Responsibilities
Improve and support the Time Manager application, working to enhance the mobile experience, job clock events, timesheet management, reports, and automated functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs to ensure smooth operation for end-users.
In Phase 1, work on optimizing the mobile experience, adding logic for clock events, and implementing features for easier timesheet management such as lunch overrides, comments, live calculations, etc.
In Phase 1.5, facilitate the bi-directional integration of labor items, job items cost/price, and labor item price per employee and job between the Time Manager and other platforms.
Support Phase 2 by automating travel times, implementing restrictions on overlapping time entries, and enhancing supervisor editing capabilities.
Work on features like travel handler settings, SMS integration, bulk holiday management, and on-call features as per project requirements.
Develop advanced reports in collaboration with the team.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the team to ensure that project phases are rolled out efficiently and effectively.
