Django Customize existing project specifically

Hello,
for a small project I need someone who can make me some customizations in an existing repo.

The example project with demo sqlLite3 database is available as a link for download
The following modifications are needed:
1. posts overview see only the own ones and the ones assigned to me, not the whole list
2. every standart user is allowed to write a post in an existing list where he is assigned.
3. task assigned_to, there should be only certain users can be entered via an additional field in task list with links to the user list via the admin backend
4. see post details, only for the creator "created_by" and the assigned "assigned_to
5. edit posts only the creator.
