Django App modification

i have an urgent requirement to make modifications to our existing django webapp hosted on AWS. The website templates and frontend will be done by our team and freelancer is required to make quick changes to the application mainly to :
1) User profile creations 2) User RIghts and File/folder creation/sharing/access rights etc 3) Profile differentiation based on plans etc 4) Adding functionalities and creating basic views based on code which we provide 5) Database creation and save to AWS S3
