Developing Django based Web-App

I am looking for a full stack django developer with the following skillset:
a) Python/django
b) Very good UI/UX experience (Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, JS, React JS etc)
c) Mongo DB
d) Knowledge on API for integration
e) Microservices architecture
f) Deploy the application in cloud

The individual/team needs to work on a web app development which would primarily have the following functionalities:

Profile Management: Feature for creating a profile with education, skills, and work experience. Create and Manage Connection: The users can follow/unfollow other users
Group Management (Creation and Messaging) : Members should be able to create a group, upload videos, documents, set features, and delete the group at any point in time.
Activity Feed: Features for posting, editing, deleting, liking, and sharing feeds within the group
Job Posting: Users of the platform can see jobs posted and apply from the platform
Activity Notifications: Users receive notifications from the platform
Search: The user can search the platform
LMS integration : User can see recommended learning content available and provide feedback
Form based data capture: Capture data using forms and store in MongoDB/SQL DB
API integration: API integration with Youtube and few other platforms Deploy the application in cloud
