Customizing web-app (Vue.js / Nuxt.js & Django) Urgent!

I need to make some customizations to it without losing any data
DEVELOPER WILL WORK ON :
- Django (backend)
- Nuxtjs framwork based on vuejs (frontend)
- Postgresql (Database)
- Redis (in memory database)
- Amazon AWS
During the initial meeting, we will discuss about the following new requirements :
- Add announcement header on (view page)
- Calender : starts on Sunday - Weekend in light color - label (today) / enhance ressponse when double click
- Drag cell to copy or add-up (number and dates only, must hold SHIFT key)
- enhance copy and pate : remove peep sound / copy one to multiple / copy multiple to multipe (with repeat if group cells selected / without repeat of one cell selected) / expand to add more rows where needed - enable clear (delete) selected cells
- hold shift and arrows to select / hold command and arrows to navigate to the end / mix both features
- in form // narrow down hirarchy (country - state - city / date - time)
- in form (limit selection to view) // applicable to liked record and lists - Enabe RTL in form view (title/description/feilds)
- send invitation emails
- change in permissions level - in form view, enable adding more items (linked records / lists)
