Custom Learning Management Platform

I’m looking for a developer who can build a full-featured learning management system that delivers three kinds of content—video lessons, written modules, and interactive quizzes—all from a single, cohesive interface.

Only administrators will author and publish courses, so I need a robust admin panel where they can upload videos, format text lessons, create question banks, set quiz rules, and manage enrolments. The platform must still recognise three user roles—Administrators, Students, and Instructors—because instructors will be able to monitor student progress, grade submissions, and interact through discussion threads even though they won’t create the courses themselves.

Key deliverables
• Web-based application with responsive student dashboard
• Admin console for content creation, role assignment, and analytics
• Secure authentication/authorisation for Administrators, Instructors, and Students
• Quiz engine supporting multiple-choice, true/false, and short-answer questions
• Progress tracking, completion certificates, and basic reporting
