Client-Server Interaction in Django: Guidance Needed

I need to make an interactive javascript super basic app on the client side for a quiz-type app, I need the user to be able to interact with it (answer questions, and get results at the end). I a want to save this data somewhere in the Django database (save the state of the answers : if the user answer the current quiz now then this quiz need to be saved at the current time).
The specifics are as follows:
