CRM core functionality + UI/UX

I am looking for an experienced minimal design UI/UX expert in Django to build:
A Django + Bootstrap UI/UX functional responsive design based on a few screenshots and an online guide
Connect CRM to PostgreSQL DB.
Use AWS S3 storage to store images
Route 3 user roles using google SSO login to three different landing pages(dashboards) with dynamic content.
Create HTML placeholders for the different pages to come later
CRUD to manage users, with "D" being deactivate
Create a User profile page.
Create an Activity monitor and a notification system using (https://novu.co/) or an alternative open source system
Fully functional login, with forgot password and reset password links + emails(New user, change password, forgot password + reset password emails ) * all emails should be created in app on a WYSIWYG editor.
Ability to add and change theme colors + font styles and sizes (Theming)
Functional global search on navigation bar.
Bulk upload/delete users.
