Build me a wireframe and app, web admin page design for a project management app for construction on top of ms project

Need to build a construction management app , wherin the user has an option to upload ms project schedule and assign individual task to team member and it appears on their calendar . First need to build a wireframe as it is still in idea stage. Then we will be needing an app using flutter and web page in django .
Please quote only if you basic knowledge of scheduling software either ms project , open project etc
