I need an experienced programmer who can develop a system of text to speech.
I already have a website https://mechatt.tk for mp3 to text download. It is in Python 3.7 so you should use that.
Now you need to add another Tab there where users can upload their text as docx or text file or write the text inside a box and click convert. Then the software converts that text to speech. After that user can play the speech, email it or download the mp3. User should be able to choose, male/female voice, voice style like English (US), English (UK) and speed of voice and tone of voice like serious, normal, joyful. It would be great if it can machine translate the text also before converting to speech.
It should be able to process unlimited words. You should only use open source, forever free library if needed like "gTTS" or https://github.com/nateshmbhat/pyttsx3 & https://github.com/argosopentech/argos-translate. You need to install it on my server and set the whole thing there. I have Hetzner VPS with 4GB RAM, dockerized..
I don't deal outside freelancer platform. I don't pay upfront before bug-free project code delivery on my server.
