Build an ionic app (using react or vue) alongside a server (using django or fastApi)

The attached Zeplin file includes all the screens of the app. The app is an informational app for navigating graveyards, it has no "users", authentication or anything like that, but rather just an interface from which data can be viewed and a server, ideally with django using django admin, which can upload and serve the data to the app. This project will be detailed to the exact APIs required and the code will be reviewed. If the standards are good and the developer knows the frameworks well, we will hire for longer term projects as well.
