I already have the site. please visit mynewformsite.tk and try to experience it by logging. It is coded in Python 3.9.
It is a tool where users can login after sign up and user can upload scanned documents. They can extract information (text) from scanned invoices, any documents (in PDF, JPEG and PNG), bills, bank statement etc and those information they can download in , txt, CSV, docx and xlsx format.

Right now, site can extract data from Invoice/Bank statement if it is in JPEG/PNG (check attached screenshot). I want now that users can perform simple calculation like Add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentage using the data extracted and download the same.
Secondly, users can also do the same kind of data extraction with PDF invoice/bank statement.
Thirdly, user should be able to see the files they uploaded under their profile and can delete it.
Fourth, write a python code that will detect any user uploaded file which is 7 days old and delete it from server. The code should run daily.
Fifth, users can translate the text extracted from PDF before downloading them.
No paid API/SDK/Library can be used. Only open source ones allowed.
I need full source code and copyright and installation in server.

(((It is desirable and optional for this project that the extracted information can also populate form fields like invoice/bill number, dates, price, currency, item description, vat number, address, ZIP code from printed invoice. For bank statement, account number, bank name, credit and debit and remaining balance date-wise. If user uploads something else than these, we can show a rejection message.
It should be mobile and tab responsive.
