Build a Django project with an existing theme

We are looking for a Django Developer/Full stack to convert our existing membership website into a Django Application.
We already have a WordPress website and have extracted the theme and static files from WordPress
Requirements:
- Integrate our theme with the Django project
- Update some UI functions.
- Add more pages (Training center page, contact us)
- Registration Sgin/SginUp Functional task.
- Handle Payments
- User Profile.
- Apply specific behaviors on the pricing page :

In the case of the Try Free button the Behavior of sign-up should be:
- The user clicks on 'Try Free'
- popup box should appear
- The user fills in the user information
- click register
- A message should appear to the user that will receive a confirmation email when the account is activated by the license center team
- An email is to be sent to the user with the same message above.
- The account remains inactive until we activate it manually from the control panel (Please handle this from the database)

The behavior of sign-up (In the case of the Buy Button on Pricing page ):
- The user clicks on 'buy”'
- popup box should appear
- The user fills in the user information
- click register
- Redirect the user to the payment page
- After payment is successful the User should return to the website and then a message should appear to the user that will receive a confirmation email when the account is activated by the license center team
- An email is to be sent to the user with the same message above.
- The account remains inactive until we activate it manually from the control panel.
