Bookingsite for event crew

The whole consept here is to easy to book crew for festival and conserts.

The crew(User) make a own profile, here they can select dates they are not availible.

A user can be connected to a company as a freelancer, where all of the projectmanagers can book that person if it is avalible.
A user can aslo have connection to several companies.

When a projectmanager is booking a person, it must trigger a notification to the user.
SMS or email if the user has selected to get this.
The user must accept or deny that booking request.


Backend
Please use Django for backend.


Frontend
Would like to get input if it is posible with React.
Open to other suggestions
Also, need a sugestion on design.



Just how I picure it in the backend:


—-Company
We need to able to create company.
Here we can assign a company admin.

—Departments
Inside each company we need departments.
The Company need to populate this them self.

—Department
In each department it schuld be a department leader, that is assignes by the company admin.
The department leader can invite other user(outside of the conpany) to join as a freelancer.
(The user get a SMS or email with a link to join the department as a freelancer)

—-User
A user can have a freelancer role in several companies.
But, if a user get booked in one company, they must be marked as «buysy» at that time in other companies calender.


–Jobs
Projectmanagagers can create job, here they must book on the crew they want to.
