Basis of SaaS Platform

Hello,
I am an individual with a startup idea in mind looking for someone who has experience with Vue (or React) and Django focused on ecommerce.
The platform is composed of a dual panel. This means that there is a main database that contains the customer data, login, contract and so on; and the secondary database that contains the buyers data, login, products... there would have to be a secondary database per customer.
The work consists of creating the basis of this platform using the technologies described above.
