The team research focuses on several property types which may have various promotion periods and their specs could change through time. Thus, they should be able to create, update and delete these objects in a timeline.
Due to the fact that the market research team’s credibility depends on the quality and topicality of their research, the tool should help the team avoid simple mistakes, deliver their research on time and enable the superadmin to easily audit the work of the research team.
Because of the nature of the research, it is possible that from time to time big amounts of data will have to be quickly updated. So, the solution should alow the superadmin to update the database using SQL commands.

An experienced web developer that knows PostgreSQL, Django and Heroku and could build a backoffice for the research team.
There is no need to model the business use case or choose the right software architecture. The software architecture diagram, entity relationship diagram and flow charts with the most relevant processes will be provided. This means that the logic of the backend is already documented and will be shared. In case it is needed, a dynamic prototype of the grafical user interface can also be developed to complement the documentation.
