I am seeking a skilled developer to create a backend service that integrates Firebase Functions and a Django server to facilitate a seamless flow of data processing. The service will enable the extraction and storage of Question and Answer pairs from a Firestore database collection, as well as the utilization of the ChatGPT API to generate responses.
The project entails the following workflow:
Creation of a New Document: Whenever a new document is created in the "GPT" collection of the Firestore database, the backend service should trigger an event.
Firebase Function Execution: Upon the creation event, a Firebase Function will be executed to retrieve the relevant entity information, specifically the Question field of the document.
Data Handoff to Django Server: The Firebase Function will then send a GET request to the Django server, including the extracted Question field from the Firestore entity.
ChatGPT API Integration: The Django server will receive the incoming request and utilize the ChatGPT API to generate an appropriate response based on the provided Question. The ChatGPT API will be responsible for processing the prompt and producing the desired answer.
Response Storage: After receiving the generated answer from the ChatGPT API, the Django server will post the response to the Firestore database, saving it within the same entity from which the Question originated.
