Backend Developer Needed for API & CSV Data Aggregation System

I am looking for a backend developer for long-term collaboration to help build and maintain various data aggregation and validation systems. The first project involves creating a server-side solution that collects and processes company information based on VAT numbers from multiple public and private APIs (e.g., VIES and other national services) and CSV file uploads.

API Integration: Fetch data from multiple public/private APIs (test data will be provided).
CSV Handling: Import CSV data into a database and support periodic updates.
Real-Time Data Processing: Parse and analyze API responses according to predefined rules.
Logging & Tracking: Store all requests, responses, errors, analysis results, and user query outputs.
Flexible Validation System: Implement a rule-based or configurable validation process for API responses.
Minimal UI for Testing: A simple interface to test API queries (not a full frontend at this stage).
Efficient Update Mechanism: Recommend and implement the best way to update stored data.
