App using AWS, Django, Flutter & Python, Docker - facial recognition machine learning

Looking to for an experienced developer to build an app using Flutter for frontend, python for backend, AWS database. App will have simple functionalities such as admin log in, user log in, search, delete add, modify users, uploaded user pictures ,.. and facial recognition component to recognize and verify users. The apis have been mostly developed inside docker just a few api point are left for you to do. The database is set up on aws already. Flutter front end is left to be done completely. The facial recognition feature needs to be programmed (cannot use amazon etc).
