Admin Portal to manage my business conversations

I'm looking for a talented developer to create an Admin Portal to manage my business conversations. I do not require that the portal be mobile-responsive, and I have a preference to use JavaScript for the project's technology stack. I need someone capable of creating a web application that meets the following project requirements:
- Front-End in Django
- Autentication (Login & Password)
- Chat Workspace: follow this template (https://bootstrapious.com/p/bootstrap-chat) and separating conversation in three categories
- Integrate with My APIs (1: List conversations for each Conversation's category; 2: Show message history when open a conversation; 3: Send Message when click the button "send")
