Add few frontend features to react django website

Need help to make small changes to react django website
1)reload just the table when I toggle button to change row status in table instead of whole page and add sort dropdown
2) when I select items on react table it doesn’t show like ( abc,xyz out of 10 selected)
3) spin loader when pages are still loading
