Add a delete function to my mobile apps admin panel

Our App has been built in react native and the ability for Admin to delete jobs from the admin panel on django is not there. We are wanting this function added.

We are also looking to have someone complete our web app, the UX and pages have been built, it is just not linked to the database as yet.

We are also looking for some minor bug fixes to be done as well
