We need help to build an interactive community from scratch.
Community requires to members to collaborate with each other.
Synergic and engaged, value driven community is targeted.
Initial tools will be discord and trello.
The steps which we want to follow are
1. Designing a Magnet Benefit to get subscription from leads interested to be a member of community
2. Designing Survey to short list the leads to limited number of motivated and skilled people.
3. Start Discord community activities
