Community Growth VA for YouTube Lo-Fi Music Channel (Discord + Engagement)
Description:
I’m looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can grow a real community around my Lo-Fi / Chill Trap / Study music YouTube channel.
I’m NOT looking for fake views or bots.
I need someone who understands Discord, community building, and organic engagement.
Your responsibilities:
Build and manage a Discord community for the channel
Invite and recruit real members
Promote channel content ethically (Discord, Reddit, IG, etc.)
Coordinate engagement (likes, comments, shares) within a small community
Organize “watch parties” and release-day pushes
Create a loyal fanbase who regularly watches the mixes
Post and comments on YouTube
Share and repost aesthetic clips to TikTok/IG/Shorts (optional)
Ideal candidate has:
Experience with Discord moderation or community management
Basic understanding of YouTube growth
Strong communication skills
Existing small network/following is a plus
Enjoys lofi / chill / ambient / study music
Pay:
$1–$4/hr depending on experience
10–15 hours per week to start
Long-term position if results are good
