Virtual Assistant for Discord community
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I need an extra set of hands inside our Discord to keep sales-related tickets moving quickly. The job is straightforward: whenever a user opens a ticket about purchasing, you step in, choose the appropriate reply from our pre-defined responses, and log the infromation if necessary in the sales google sheet.
You’ll be working mostly within Discord. Speed matters as much as accuracy: the faster we answer, the better the conversion rate.
Deliverables:
• All sales tickets answered with the correct templates
• Necessary information logged in google sheets.
