Community Manager for a Cozy VRChat & Lo-Fi Inspired Project — Ghost Café
Hello,
We’re looking for someone kind, creative, and reliable to join the small team behind Ghost Café — a cozy, lo-fi inspired community and VRChat project built around art, calm vibes, and storytelling.
Our world blends a soft Japanese café atmosphere with a touch of ghostly warmth — a quiet place where artists, dreamers, and gentle spirits gather. We’re growing steadily and looking for a Community Manager to help us keep the Café glowing.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and engage members in our Discord community.
Help host or coordinate small VRChat events such as cozy hangouts or community nights.
Write and publish 2–3 short social updates per week (on X and Ko-fi): event teasers, updates, or recaps.
Maintain the soft, calm tone and creative aesthetic of the Café.
Support community polls and small campaigns.
Collaborate on future event and engagement ideas.
Collect screenshots or short clips for recap posts.
Requirements
Experience managing or moderating online or VRChat communities.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Familiar with VRChat or willing to learn with guidance.
Strong sense of empathy, patience, and clear communication.
Reliable, self-organized, and comfortable working independently.
Understanding of lo-fi, cozy, or creative community spaces.
Availability of approximately 5–6 hours per week (flexible).
Able to attend at least one weekend event per month.
