Roblox RP Discord Server Setup
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
I am ready to hand over a completely built Discord server for my Roblox role-play game, Iron View County. The brief is simple: when you finish, players should be able to join and start chatting, role-playing, and requesting support immediately—no loose ends left for me to tidy up.
Scope of work
• Create a clean server layout with core categories such as General, Roleplay, Announcements, Rules, Help & Support, Media, and any other logical sections that keep conversation tidy.
• Configure all text and voice channels inside those categories, each with accurate permissions.
• Build a full role hierarchy—staff, moderators, community members, and in-game departments like Police, Fire, and EMS—so moderation and pinging work seamlessly.
• Draft and post clear server rules, role-play guidelines, and staff expectations in a dedicated rules channel.
• Install and configure essential bots: moderation (auto-mod and logging), ticket/support, verification, and any lightweight utility bots that improve quality-of-life without clutter.
• Apply a polished visual design: concise channel names, consistent emojis, intuitive ordering, and a few custom emojis if you can create or source them free for commercial use.
• Transfer full ownership of the server to me once everything is tested and signed off.
Acceptance criteria
1. New members can verify, read the rules, and access public channels without manual intervention.
2. Staff channels, logs, and tickets remain hidden from regular users.
3. All bots respond correctly to basic commands and automatically log kicks, bans, and deleted messages.
4. Channel list is compact—no redundant or empty sections—and every role has the right color and permissions.
5. Ownership successfully transferred to my Discord account.
